Who Is The Face Behind Kayla Cares?

Hi there! I’m Kayla, and I’m the heart behind Kayla Cares. As a proud South Dakota resident, I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of the outdoors, the peace of reading, the creativity of art, as well as the joy of cooking. But what truly lights me up is helping others, especially when it comes to offering compassionate, in-home care.

My journey into healthcare started long before I ever began my professional career. As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming either a nurse or a veterinarian, always wanting to make a positive impact on people’s lives. My passion for care took shape early on as I volunteered at the senior center in my hometown. In high school, I had the opportunity to assist in the special education classrooms, further solidifying my desire to work in healthcare.

In 2022, I took my passion to the next level by working with adults with disabilities, and that experience truly changed my life. It deepened my understanding of the unique care needs people have and inspired me to launch my own business to provide high-quality, personalized in-home healthcare.

Here at Kayla Cares, I offer a range of services, including Personal Care, Companionship, Respite, Homemaking. My mission is to provide the highest level of care while fostering a sense of independence and dignity for every individual I work with. Whether it’s assistance with daily activities, support for medical needs, or simply companionship, I approach every situation with warmth, respect, and professionalism.

What drives me every day is the belief that everyone deserves to live with comfort, dignity, and joy—whether at home, surrounded by loved ones, or simply enjoying the everyday things that make life beautiful. I’m committed to making sure that each client feels seen, heard, and cared for, and I’m honored to be a part of their journey.
