Growing With Purpose: A Small Update From Kayla Cares LLC

One of the hardest parts of running a caregiving business is balancing your heart with the reality of running a sustainable business. If you know me personally, you know my heart has always been in caring for others first. That part will never change.

Over the last year, Kayla Cares LLC has continued to grow in ways I never imagined. From helping families through everyday routines to walking alongside clients during some of the hardest and most vulnerable seasons of life, this business has become something so much bigger than I ever expected.

As the business grows, so do the responsibilities behind the scenes — insurance coverage, supplies, travel, scheduling, continuing education, documentation, and the overall costs of maintaining safe, reliable, high-quality care for every client and family I work with.

Because of that, updated service rates will officially go into effect starting July 1st, 2026.

These changes are not about “charging more just to charge more.” They are about making sure Kayla Cares LLC can continue operating in a way that allows me to provide dependable, personalized care with the level of attention and compassion my clients deserve.

I never want families to feel like they are just another appointment on a schedule. My goal has always been to create care that feels personal, comforting, trustworthy, and genuinely supportive — care that meets people where they are.
